There are no fixed prices. You buy our time and experience month by month, to set things up carefully and leave them done right. A typical first month is around $12,000 + IVA and includes everything agreed.

About 3 months, in stages

The engagement lasts a few months. We migrate, integrate, and improve step by step, then hand off.

  1. Diagnosis

    We review systems, operations, and infrastructure. The staged plan comes out of that.

  2. Migration and AI-ready infrastructure

    We migrate the systems and leave the infrastructure AI-ready. The migration is included in setup. Bigger migrations are quoted on time and complexity.

  3. Gradual AI integration into operations

    We integrate AI into operations, step by step, with the client's own personal AI agent. The client pays the subscriptions directly and keeps the configured accounts.

  4. Handoff

    We hand over systems, access, and documentation. The code stays yours. The monthly minimum continues after that.

Environments to test, before production

We do more than configure systems. Depending on the project, the client's AI can create ephemeral environments to test changes safely. Sometimes the client gets access to them. Once a change is proven, verified by the AI itself and approved by the client, everything is promoted to production.

  1. A copy to test on

    The client's AI spins up an ephemeral environment. Production stays untouched while the change is tested.

  2. With real data

    The environment boots from a copy of what already runs, not from an empty site.

  3. Verified and approved

    The agent iterates on that copy. The AI itself verifies the change and the client approves it.

  4. To production

    We save the changes, promote them, and can switch the deployment.

For example, a WordPress site

We make a faithful copy of the live site, with its real content. Each new environment starts from that copy and the agent works there, without touching what your visitors see. When the change is ready and approved, we take it to production.

This is not guaranteed for every project. It depends on the architecture. With good architecture and DevOps, it is possible in most cases.

How it's priced

There are no fixed prices. You buy our time and experience month by month, to set things up carefully and leave them done right. The value is in the judgment, not in a bot or a secret.

The minimum

$3,000 MXN + IVA/month

We watch your prompts and agents, monitor them, and keep making small improvements. It goes up from there.

A typical first month

around $12,000 + IVA

It includes everything agreed. We give you a projection for the following months and stay within it. If we estimated wrong and it takes more, we absorb the cost.

This is the initial setup, not a monthly fee. It can vary, or not be feasible, depending on the architecture. The agents need an isolated copy of the site and its database to test changes. When the architecture allows it, you see them before they go to production. Backups are part of that setup.

We set it up. In many cases there is no hosting cost, and from the second month you can stop paying and keep your site. We recommend that one-shot option when it fits.

No guarantees

Our experience lowers the risk and raises the odds of success. Performance, speed, or business results are not guaranteed. It is not an engineering project with metrics. You bring the thesis that AI will help you, and we help make it real.

Deeper work is quoted on its own

Tests, analysis, replicating infrastructure, and validating and measuring our hypotheses on your side, are a separate service. It is quoted on its own.

  • Approvals go out in batches.
  • Turnaround is the next business day.
  • There is no production-down response commitment.
  • The agent's access is the least the change needs.
  • A personal AI agent is required. The client pays the subscriptions directly and keeps the configured accounts.
  • On a static site, there is often no hosting cost. Otherwise, you pay for hosting.
  • Cancellation takes one month's notice.

Approvals go out in batches. The change ships the next business day.

What is not included

  • A response-time commitment if production goes down.
  • 24/7 support.
  • Regulated compliance (GxP, HIPAA).
  • Large new builds. Quoted separately.
  • The personal AI agent's subscriptions and accounts. The client pays them directly.
  • Hosting, except on a static site where there is often no cost. Otherwise, you pay for it.
  • Deeper work: tests, analysis, replicating infrastructure, and validating and measuring hypotheses. Quoted separately.
  • Other third-party tool costs. The client pays them.

Your AI touches data, clients, and processes, so we do not leave it unsupervised. Each project has an assigned engineer, who handles at most 6 projects, with a weekly review and escalation to specialists when it is needed.
